A month ago Krasnov initiated a 300,000 plus draft. Millions of Russians have fled Russia since the beginning of the war.

Be careful where one gets his/her news of the war. Something dire has been happening, it's called a war.

Putin also uses a lot of mercenaries to fight in Ukraine. Russia has about 3 times the population of Ukraine, Putin has a lot of cannon fodder.
