I agree with you 100%.

But these are guys who see martyrdom as the express train to paradise. And it’s not just for themselves. Their logic is that that have done every one of those 38-39,000 citizens a favor by getting them a ticket on that express train too.

IMHO, I think they’re ready to do (and sacrifice) whatever it takes to stay at the top of the western world news cycle and keep the global spotlight on Israel, no matter the apparent cost to their people.
