at least in part due to the fact that they no longer control the black market sale and taxation of humanitarian aid meant for the people of Gaza. Hamas running out of money is a good thing for the people of Gaza.

Personally, I look askance at terrorists confiscating humanitarian aid and selling it to the people it was donated to.
