It wasn't as meaty as I would have liked, but listening between the lines, I think they're worried about a negative outcome for the case.

And the fact that the UK banned puberty blockers altogether for trans youth would help the conservatives on the Supreme Court claim a consensus that simply doesn't exist.

There are rallies in DC and NYC planned for the day of the decision's release, and in many cities the Saturday (I think it is) after.
