11. If they had the same training, how did they end up with different specialties?

Just as dermatologists should not be treating heart problems, osteopaths should not be treating infectious diseases.

But then, given Trump's disdain for science, or to any profession. given his previous doctors - remember before the election when we heard that Trump would be the "healthiest individual," later recanted - I can almost imagine Trump actively selecting a personal physician with questionable qualifications.
