The flu, and after effects [View all]

I got VERY sick on Christmas Day, and finally ended up in the ER where I was diagnosed with influenza A, influenza A H3, and coronavirus (not COVID 19). I honestly thought I was going to die at one point before I went to the ER.

I did finally start to feel better, but here I am over two weeks from the onset and I'm still dealing with the worst brain fog since I had a TIA type event almost 20 years ago. I'm reading that it's from "inflammatory proteins that form as part of the body's immune response to a virus" (NeuroHealthServices.com). Sure feels weird. Just wanted to pass this along for anyone else who may go through it or know someone who is going through it.
