Olive and avocado oils are much better. I use avocado oil in my cooking, and it's great. I think that it should be encouraged. That being the case, why are they putting tariffs on avocados from Mexico and olive oil from Europe? If you want to promote eating healthy fats, you need to lower the cost to make them less expensive.
