2. We have a streaming service for all channels. We also use Firestick for our feed.

We get occasional "unsyncing" on our TV channels (from EZVideo) and from all other channels for movies, including IMDB, Amazon, and Netflix. We have to go back to "Home", then reconnect to the channel we were watching, and we get sync with video and audio once again. The problem may indeed be Firestick.
