It has ethernet, and you don't need to use Siri to use it (but it helps).

Also, on an Apple TV device, the Apple TV app integrates with Hulu, HBO Max, and others.

Plus the Apple TV box supports better sound with AirPods or Apple's HomePod speakers. Spatial Audio is amazing.
