Can not play Amazon Prime originals in English! [View all]
Prime Original shows ALL play in French through my Xfinity set top box. They play in English on my computer. Other Prime videos work fine.
Tech support at Amazon is useless. They keep running me through their simpleton script that runs the course of obvious answers. YES! I have checked the language in setting in the Xfinity Amazon Prime App. I have double checked it in my browser options.
Anyone else have this problem?
