1. Of those 3, Rifftrax is the best. The Mads (Frank Conniff and Trace Beaulieu) also riff movies.

The film crew is the same guys as rifftrax and only have 4 (?) episodes.

Basically, if you like MST3K, you'll like the ones you listed. I haven't seen most of those shows on the larger list.
