Early in my recovery, at my daily meeting (yes, daily! lol), there was this dude who was a regular there, and he had over thirty years clean and sober. But when people asked him how much time he had, he would only answer "All day." All them other days were just little victories to him. Today was always the most important. I didn't really understand the idea of One Day At A Time until I started hanging with that guy. I was still looking for the secret. Well, here's the secret:

I wake up clean. I stay clean all day. I go to bed clean. I win.

Fifty-two days is fucking awesome! Keep 'em coming!
