Quit my job two days ago [View all]

I am sooooooooo much happier.

FYI, I don't do this lightly; in my professional life (forgetting stupid jobs as a teenager) I don't think I've ever quit anything, except the company I started (and ran until the market itself tanked). It's always been a layoff, or a company buy-out, or something. But this was just untenable - management was bad, pay sucked, hours constrained (hard to get to a doctor) - but I knew about the pay and the hours. The poor management was just icing on the cake.

I actually feel more energized now. I want to create a product and situation that will hold me for years.

(I'll leave the insurance question for later next week).

This isn't really pertinent to cancer, just how my life is (d)evolving.
