3. My wife had a resection last October

For a biopsy of thyroid metastasis.

One night in the hospital post surgery. One night in a hotel, then a long drive home and rest.

She felt beat up, but powered through.

Biopsy results were delayed (classic communication breakdown) but eventually not too bad.

Scar is almost gone. Now on 6 month checkups. Asymptomatic (except the worry, anxiety, unknowing) so far.
