Don't you love it when they come out with a new "fix", diet, or lifestyle? [View all]

And to read the book, see the seminar, or.... it's going to cost $$$.$$

I get it, don't eat McDonalds or other shitty foods. Drink water. Eat more veggies. If this is the extent of your advice, I'm not going to be paying for it. I don't need the 3 dvd set to tell me these things.

I'm not going to mention the Dr, nor the plan, nor the book.

Don't you love when people come up to you and ask if you've tried....(the latest thing)?

I don't want to go vegan, raw, or Paleo. I love sandwiches. I like to cook meat in the backyard over fire every once in a while. I laid off all alcohol for a year because it might mess up my liver with the drugs I was on. Guess what, nothing happened so I'm going to slowly reintroduce it to my system on a limited basis.

sorry, had to vent a little bit because it was asked if I had tried this thing and how it worked for someone else and blah blah blah.
