Nervous-I tell my boss I'm not coming back from FMLA [View all]

But will need to go on long-term disability. I see my psychiatrist in the afternoon.

Feeling nervous. I do not want to go to my workplace to fill out paperwork. I'm so hoping I don't have to.

Feeling very anxious
