Says it stems from feeling loss of control. I had a session with him this morning.

I'm stuck in health insurance limbo. They cashed my first big check. The cobra admin company -i keep calling them- say I'm reinstated with my bcbs, while bcbs says I'm still terminated. This means tons of calls trying to speak to the same person. I like to deal with the same person. I was awaiting a call back today, and ended up having to call today to find out the status. This costs a lot.

Then I'm going to cancel my accident insurance. I feel unmoored and unprotected.
