I had a great session with my therapist, this morning. I unloaded about my last medical visit [View all]

First he assured me that if what ever the hell provider I end up seeing, if she won't renew my Ativan Rx, he will get it taken care of via their medical director. And he was pretty shocked by what was said to me. He also said 'Good!' when I told him I'd answered their survey with blunt honesty and agrees I should write things down before I call. He even suggested rescheduling my next visit with them to give me more time to decompress. AND he will help me find someone new to see, if that's what I decide is best to do.

He also said the next time something like that happens, CALL and get an appointment with him.

As usual, I'm absolutely drained. I planned on digging up a garden to plant a new Hydrangea but that might get delayed for a few hours. Now I need some feline therapy.
