3. It just sucks that you had to avoid helpful treatment just to keep a psych diagnosis

off your records. Psych disorders are brain impairments and diseases that should not have such stigma surrounding them. Just as a diabetic requires insulin, some of us require drugs to alter our brain chemistry and neurotransmitters. When I got in my 60s I didn’t give a damn anymore if people knew I had depression and panic disorder.

Mean people suck. Hugs.
