the best years of my life. I’ve had panic and PTSD since I was assaulted in my teens.

Accept who you are, but please don’t allow your past to also be your present and future. Took me many years of meds and therapy, but I’m happier now than when I was young. Though I’d love to have my 21 year old body back without the arthritis
