I just had a phone visit with my prescribing therapist [View all]

It was set for 11:20 and I was about to do a telephone 'check in' when she called me! That's never happened before.

Anyway, I told her about the increasing intensity of my nightmares so she's prescribing a new medication for me to take at bedtime.

She's glad I'm going to my nephew's for Thanksgiving dinner because I haven't 'celebrated' it 3 years. I still don't have much of an appetite, but this is the nephew who will become a daddy, in about a month and I'm anxious to spend some time with him and the lovely mom-to-be. Maybe I'll get to feel the baby kick.

I'll let you know if the medication works. She's calling it in, today.
