1. I'm about ready to jump back onto talk therapy

Tuesday

I’m loath to start a new medication, having found side effects from 3 different types of antidepressants intolerable. At this point in my life, I’ve turned to psychedelics like psilocybin and DMT. I trust nature more than Big Pharma.
