When brothers and sisters, cousins and other children in a family taunt, harass, and basically torture another child in the family and the adult says "that's enough"...it implies all that preceded the said torture was okay...

that was my childhood...until I was crying and thrashing behind the couch...all was well as I was taunted, and tortured by words...till my mother said "that's enough"

do not tell a 3 year old...sticks and stones...cause I WAS hurt by words....badly
