Things have been difficult lately, and I have not posted much. I have read and have kept all of you in my thoughts.

Things are hard now. My daughter is manic - we cannot get her med cocktail right. She is considered a "rapid" cycler and has also had mixed cycles, where she is up and down at the same time. She is also getting violent again.

This has sent me into a pretty bad downward spiral. I do not know how to help her and myself at the same time. She is my daughter, I love her and I need to figure this out. I have to get some stability for me.
