2. Don't forget about not vacuuming for months.

My sister came over to help me with some stuff and when I was walking down the hallway with the light on, it was truly disgusting. Just cat fur but why could I not bother to pull out the vacuum for five minutes to clean it up. I just didn't care.

I did it last night just because I was so embarrassed.

The bathing part is where I really know I am clinically depressed and don't care. Bathing properly is the minimum of keeping some self respect. I know the signs but just don't care. It is bad.
