Obviously, a generic can of soup is not going to be nice if you open it and keep it in the fridge for 14 days. However, prepared food that is treated with high heat in a vacuum sealed package will be good. As long as you don't open all the individual packs on the first day to see what you got, it should be fine for the period the label states, and then some.

After all, there are shel stable prepared foods out there now. They're awful, but if that's all ya got, they'd be great.
