13. what do you think of this turkey recipe seen on twitter?

"The Turkey breast I made in the slow cooker is the best I’ve ever made. I made a bed of chopped onions, garlic cloves, lemon and orange slices, poured a full can of beer over them. Basted the turkey in mayo, grey poupon, sage and rosemary. Slow cooked six hours lid closed."

I can't imagine what the dominant flavor would be.
