3. Okay, don't laugh but I just didn't want to spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen.

So I'm making corned beef with cabbage, potatoes and carrots.

Just pop the brisket into the Instant Pot and let her rip for 70 minutes. Take out to rest. Chop up a few veggies and pop in the Instant Pot for 3 minutes.

Voilà! Dinner!
