2. I do read the ingredients in NJCher's dinner recipes and ususally end up feelng like I've wasted

a big portion of my life when it comes to making dinner. I hope to take the next step and actually try to make something like that at some point.

As far as hot dogs, I'd go with broil instead of boil. Unless you're really tired and might fall asleep before turning the oven off.
