What to do with all these end-of-season peppers. And to think, I raised them all from seed, starting in Feb of this year. Some are close to 5' tall. What you see in the picture? I have twice that in both tomatoes and peppers.

I decided on a recipe "Slow Cooker Pepper Pork." It has tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and pork loin strips, along with the green peppers.

Rice pilaf from last night should go well with it.

Pomegranate kombucha.

Dessert: Angel food cake slice and blackberries in Greek yogurt. Tea.
