1. Rotisserie chicken....store bought.

Mash potatoes, English peas...roasted fresh carrots with tops/ trimmed...in a molasses glaze.

I will later make chicken stock from chicken carcass and use that for noodle soup this weekend.

Glazed carrots:

these are simple, fast and sooooo good. A crowd favorite.
