3. Thai Food Takeout

We went for a winter hike with friends and then afterwards went to our favorite Thai Restaurant for lunch. They have a large selection of vegan choices which we love. While there we decided to order takeout for dinner. At 7pm we’ll have Tom Kha Gai soup made with coconut milk and tofu to start and then we’ll be sharing an order of Pad Prik King, a spicey dish with green beans and red peppers. Rice on the side. Can’t wait to dig in. Cheers! 🥂
