Steam fried in evoo: chopped orange bell pepper, carrots, sliced cabbage, onion and garlic. Add thinly sliced mushrooms and cannellini beans. Mix in homemade marinara sauce and cooked farro wheat. Last minute added some fresh chopped basil and parsley. Sprinkle with TJs vegan Parmesan and pan toasted pine nuts. Iced black tea with lemon. Blueberry chia pudding for dessert. Cheers! 🥂
