It helps that my brother-in-law is a produce broker and Wegman’s is close by - they also have nice produce, but Aldi’s is the place where I buy my mushrooms. They always have the best prices for white and cremini mushrooms my wife and I go through 3 lbs a week! You might have noticed I put them in everything. Let me add, I enjoy reading your creative menus. You are an eclectic and creative cook!
