3. I make these using dough balls from the deli (white or wheat).

The hardest part for me is rolling out a rectangular shape that will roll back up correctly. My last one was just Italian sausage and mozzarella, but I like sautéed mushrooms in there too. I do the sauce on the side or sometimes a small amount rolled in too.
