4. Attempting Salmon Wellington tonight

I was going to make it last week but wimped out on making puff pastry (which was probably a very wise decision). Got a grocery delivery today which included a sheet of crescent roll dough. I was looking at the frozen puff pastry and the crescent roll dough was right there… I’m gonna take that 100% of the time, lol! We’ll see how it goes!
