Looking for recommendations for a new microwave oven [View all]

My Kenmore (made by Samsung) over-the-range microwave oven finally died after having it over 15 years. I'm looking for another over-the-range model that is at least 1.5 cu ft capacity and has a variety of touch control pads, for convenience. I'm making a matrix decision chart listing each model's features.

Any recommendations on manufacturers or which ones to avoid?
