I half wrecked the roast pork yesterday so I’m trying to disguise it somehow for tonight. I’m roasting small Maine potatoes with carrots, onion and garlic, have some cottage cheese ready and I’m just staring at the leftover roast.

If I was as talented as you obviously are in the kitchen, my dilemma wouldn’t be a dilemma.

Enjoy that wonderful soup.
