I went out with my granddaughter yesterday and we went through the drive through at Taco Bell. They gave us about 20 packs of hot sauce! I used 3 of them for seasoning, plus other spices 
I added some broccoli, onions, mixed vegs and garlic. Had noodles on the side.
I had some of the chocolate syrup I made on ice cream. Dessert before dinner
