4. Late breakfast

Had coffee early but had to head out for errands and appointments.

Now that I'm home, I'm having sugar free mini shredded wheat with strawberries, banana and low carb, low fat milk.

Ducky has successfully begged a few wheat biscuits. I'm saving him a soggy one and a piece of each fruit.
