7. Leftover frittata

that is, frittata made with leftovers: eggs, yogurt, mashed sweet potatoes, steamed brocollini. Could use another spice note, maybe some hot peppers, but not bad. I'm trying to use up as many leftovers as possible. And there's frittata leftover for breakfast tomorrow!
