Roasted Cabbage Steaks With Dijon Sauce sounds interesting. [View all]

For the Cabbage Steaks
1 Cabbage
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Garlic
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt/Pepper to taste

For the Dijon Sauce
1 Tbsp Lite Real Mayo
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tsp Garlic
Salt/Pepper to taste

For the Cabbage Steaks
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Cut cabbage into thick steak filets.
Add to a roasting dish.
Mix the garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, and salt/pepper.
Spread this mixture on top of the cabbage.
Pop into the oven for 30 minutes or until tender.

For the Dijon Sauce
Mix the above ingredients into a bowl.
Drizzle on top of the steaks or keep in a little dipping bowl on the side.

ENJOY!

I did not buy cabbage today, so will wait to try it.
