I've had the Kaesespaetzle many times, but I've never had a recipe for it. (I usually order it at the Hofbraeuhaus.)

The Wesfalisches Blindhuhn looks familiar. I believe I've had it but didn't know what it was called. Yum!

The Bohnen, Birnen und Speck looks great, and it's a new dish for me. I've love to make this but I don't know if I can find the dried white beans. Might have to substitute a different bean.
