It’s like 86 degrees here in Sarasota (this is what passes for a change in seasons here), but this has me craving fall dishes. I’m thinking hard about some wild rice soup/stew, though, and I have dried morels on hand to jack it up.

I do agree with roasting for the best flavour but I’m also a fan of the Instant Pot, and steam under pressure is almost as good—and much faster to satisfy an urge.
