wonderful, directions clear (I loved "a good glug of olive oil"! ) . Had to look up cavolo nero, a term I had not encountered before. Will have to figure out a good substitute, as I am not fond of kale in any form.

Again, thank you. The weather for that kind of cooking should be here soon. 82 yesterday.
