I don't know where you live, but I have advice. The cheapest is not always the best unless you know something special about them. Two reputable companies that come close in numbers is a good starting point. Work back from that and find ways to save money with the two, or maybe use a company that's not as well established, but also has a good rep, but is thousands lower...hundreds...depends on the job.

The lowest bid usually means not too good.
