Take that information to yer manager if there is something that can be done that works for the entire building. The other question is, are there other people in your building that find the problem as you see and experience it irritating .?Armed with enough information you will be prepared to address the issue with building management. The system is owned by the the owners of the building, so that means the job if it can be done should be done by building maintenance , it is the manager's responsibility to see to it the job is done accordingly.
