sorry to scream.
so, my water heater died. i have had a steady stream of estimators and plumbers come through, all with a little terror in their eyes at the prospect of getting my 75 gallon dead heater out of the utility closet that was built around it, by me. tut tut they all said. that could be a problems. hmmm. they said.
i measured it, i said. i planned for that. really.

well, guess what? it was a little tough, but it went without a hitch.
