find the .ittle furballs, when they pull a disappearing act like that, I am convinced they use their portals and go into their own dimension.

I went through a similar situation one time. Could not find one of my girls, freaked that she might have gotten out, even though I could not remember opening the door. Even rattled the dry food bag. Then I needed to start dinner, opened the cabinet, and there she was, sleeping amoung the pots and pans. How she got the cabinet door ooen, I have no idea. She also looked a bit contrite. After that, I knew to check the cabinet.
