How awful for you and your family.

As for gifting them with another, I don't know what to say. Maybe it's too soon. Maybe it isn't. I think you should play it by ear; maybe kind of try to figure out how they feel without asking them. I know this isn't very helpful, but I think you should do what you think best.

Again, I extend to you my sympathy on the loss of your grand-puppy.
